MC402 - Your Ministry Your Way: How to Design Your Divine Ideal of Service

Students determine the kind of ministry that calls to them. What does it take to do it? How do they get started?
This course deals with some of the basic issues of recognizing what the form, as well as the essence, of their ministry will be and gives them guidelines to legally and effectively define corporate status within the State where they minister. In this class, students lay the foundation for a business structure that runs easily and effortlessly.

MC404 - Issues & Answers

Many activities, personalities, and legal requirements can appear to stand in the way of ministers living their Vision. And yet a sufficient “heads up” can make the pathway smoother and straighter to the fulfillment of the ministerial call. Many case studies are offered to examine and evaluate the highest and best handling, including issues with money, Boards of Directors, errant leadership, general business surprises, personal dragons, and so on.

MC405 - Church Growth & Development
15 Hours
Students examine the building blocks used to create a strong organization that will sustain itself for the long haul. This course includes a brief study of a number of “growth programs” that have been successful in other ministries. Evaluating what programs and ideas best serve a ministry’s growth is essential to its success. Students are invited to come with an open mind and willingness to be surprised and inspired!
