This course provides students with an opportunity to begin (or to further) their call to ministry by assessing
their motivation, evaluating possible roadblocks and beginning to articulate a vision for the call. It is rich with
interactive processes and sacred ritual, and promises to take the students to deep levels of connection with
the calling to the ministry.

MC411 - Spiritual Ethics & Leadership in Ministry

This course provides students with non-linear, as well as linear, opportunities to identify and clarify for
themselves the foundation that spiritual ethics plays in one's ministry. Spiritual ethics is the basis for an
authentic leadership style, whether in a secular or ecclesiastical setting. Case histories taken from actual files are used as teaching tools and assignments include interviewing a community or ministerial leader.
