PP303(2) Professional Practitioner Studies

Through hands on training, students experience the many and varied facets of Professional Practitioner work. This is the second term of a three-term-course.

LM210 Keys to the Kingdom: An Advanced Course in Prosperity Consciousness Building
With Mary Jayne Hyde, R.Sc.P.
In this class, students are asked to make a commitment to their spiritually based abundance practices, thereby affecting profound changes in their abundance consciousness. Based upon Jesus' prosperity teaching, "Your Father has been pleased to give you the Kingdom," this class provides seven keys to unlocking the Kingdom.

WR228(1) Spiritual Powers of the Soul

One of the first actions Jesus took, upon coming into His ministry, was to call Twelve Disciples to Him. This represents, metaphysically, that as we come into higher awareness of who and what we are that we need to call on those mental faculties/spiritual powers at work in us, for us, with us and through us. This course is about how we identify, nurture and utilize these powers.

MC406 Sacred Ceremonies

The nature of ritual is essential to the evolving spirit in all people. Students of this class explore the many types of ritual that have naturally developed in their personal lives and in society, and then begin to design ceremonies for deliberate purposes. These include rites of passage from birth through death, daily blessing, cleansing and releasing ceremonies, and specialized activities to support individuals in any life transition or crisis.

SM102 Treatment & Meditation: Spiritual Practices for Daily Living
With Dr. Bobbie Croddy
If you’re having trouble staying focused and disciplined in your meditation and affirmative prayer practices, this class is for you. It provides the support and teaches the tools that really cement these valuable and life-changing habits into your busy life. Deepen your understanding of meditation and the steps of treatment (affirmative prayer) so that you can use these techniques easily and effectively to uplift not only yourself, but others as well. This is a must-take class for all New Thought students.

This course allows students to become familiar with and understand Pastoral Care and the variety of programs it encompasses in different settings.  Students also develop a specific program for their individual spiritual community.
